To me, Jacob Tshisevhe was the best right back at Chiefs, and his name always comes to my mind, when I think of the best players at Chiefs. Thanks a lot for your contributions to the team groot man. Enjoy your life after football with your head held high. Well done.
I think Jacob can be proud of his achievements at Chiefs and soccer in general. Personally, I think he gave his all. He should be happy after all because he can still laugh and smile.
I used to call myself Tshesevhe as kid an even my soccer kits was written Tshisevhe. Dat my Legend...when i was was coaching Allys Tigers in North West ABC Motsepe League i was hoping i wil meet him. I real enjoy Mr Tshisevhe ur hard work an neva die attittude when u on d pitch. Thank u 4 ur Talent
I really love Jacob , his heart and character looks so generous and friendly person. He doesn't want his own rank like other players..But Tshisevhe was really a good player at all costs...was well recognised was not just in the mist was a best player I 'm still even proud of him...
Him and Mhlekazi Gqosha looked alike, I remember that combo with Sipho Khuse, we had the likes of Claudius Zvripayi, Cleophius Dlodlo umfana waku Bulawayo, Aaron Lubunda, Liberty Masunda,Kanga Nzenza, Lekoane Lekoane, Fortume Koloba, Percy Makhwaeba, Philip Mabena, Mike Laduma Rapatsa and Jerry Mthethwa that Kaizer Chiefs of 1995
Jacob was the best right back he was dying for Chiefs on the field, it's very rare to have such players. This player was not playing for money only.He showed love of football ⚽
I am not even half way with this and m laughing like a mad man. Bra Tshiesev you are a LEGEND. My friend Mzaothethe Nogwaza from Bush bucks used to tell me about you.
Matlatsi thanks for bringing my favourite player, I loved Tshisevhe when I was young growing in Kzn , syabonga bhutiwam I really enjoyed the conversation.....I once asked Ntsie Maphike on twitter ukuth where is Tshisevhe but he ddnt respond, at least now i know grootman is alive...
I rate Dolezor he came to us when we haven't won anything in 5 years we won Rothmans Cup and 2nd season lost Bobsave final, won Rothmans cup and lost the league by goal difference, he went ti to Sundowns won the league, Rothmans cup and losing Bobsave final in his 1st season also lost CAF Champions league to Al Ahly as well went to Celtic won Supa 8
I don't recall him marking Chukwu, Chukwu was assigned to Sizwe Motaung after Sizwe left he was assigned to Mohammed Auseb, Chiefs was always assigned to Jerry Skhosana
NOOOOOH Jacob was my favorite defender. I even like how he used to his kit, no takin, socks were very low only covering chin guard. As a mid field myself, I didn't like defenders, but with Tshisevhe, it was a different story.
Mahlatse thank you. but I am not happy about the short time spent on this. There is a time Jacob got into a fight in a game against Pirates when Thabang Lebese or Thabo Mooki was playing with a broken arm and Jacob was so angry because Pirates players were tackling the player rough even with his condition. I feel this should have been even longer, we need those stories. But thank you so much. This days we don't see those things anymore, the game has evolved but we still need those stories too. Honestly the Soweto derby history is not captured well enough, we almost have forgotten about Orlando Pirates fans burning the stadium, the Elispark incident and it's players like Jacob whom are not afraid to speak about those things, that we should give enough airtime. Please if you do part 2 of this, that will be nice please Thank you
Wits used to beat us for fun, Peter Gordon, Kevin Rafferty, Rowan Malgue, Steve Barker, Gary Mcnab, Steven Tlou, Jethro Mohlala, Benson Otiti and Chris Mwakapuki
Eish these old players they make football very strong that time, even himself he mentioned Bush bucks the very tough team, so I'm happy about your Chanel, but please can you try to get one of Umtata bucks player, like abo mongi msetch Rula, Nogwaza, mayo, mgwigwi,or anyone from Umtata, thanks
Jaa ne this guy taught us hard tackling i copied everything when i was playing amature football i even earned my promotion from B team to A team by playing Tshisevhe style.
High sense of humour yet touching on very sensitive and emotional issues. Money's not everything bro, you're a simple and humble legend. I like his sanity
Yho Chiefs really treated Tshisevhe so bad, he done so much for the, but they treated him as trash 😢. Anyway, All the best Bro Jacob you done in your career.
I think this isn't the first time I see the headline referring to how unwelcoming players could be....I think it's unfortunate because these ex pros have so much more to share. Or maybe the headlines is to stir controversy...
Good interview Mahlatse, but it's very very annoying to hear that a big team like Chiefs declared Tshiseve dead and not feeling apologetic about it mxm... that's why they nine years without winning any trophy bad luck is following them
Let Jacob be honest man ;;; we used to love him at chiefs;;; but his down falls;; he scored so many own goals against our enemies Sundowns and Pirates;; when he was playing for Kaizer chiefs;; but he was a very hard working defender and we gave him a name;;; Asinamali kodwa siyabhadalwa after Jackie Masikeke ;; he played like him ;; about the politics;; to listen to him it is painful to hear about the treatment ;;; but yes he was a good defender;;; the advice plz stop talking too much about the inside politics;; just focus to your vision now and continue to leave a clean life;; that's all. Sharp Asinamali.😂😂😂😂❤

I like how he remembered Christopher Netshidzivhe what a player
Grootman had an impact, how many guys were called Tshisevhe in amateur level... You're a true legend.
What a nice interview thanks asinamali we love you
Clean and hard player. Very humble too. Always greet the fans
I really love Jacob , his heart and character looks so generous and friendly person. He doesn't want his own rank like other players..But Tshisevhe was really a good player at all costs...was well recognised was not just in the mist was a best player I 'm still even proud of him...
Jacob was my favorite player, I still have that love for the guy.
Great conversation with the humble Legend Mokgaga! he is highly exemplary in character and mindset
Remaining truthful to who he is, is what is keeping him this smart to date❤
Thank you very much for bringing our childhood legend. What a defender we had kwi groetman lethu
I told you when we met in Durban for the Hollywood bets race last month that this channel is going places, keep the good work up Mahlatse
Thanks grootman
He’s still looking good, thanks for the interview Mahlatse
Asinamali⚽⚽ a no-nonsense defender👏👏you can clearly see that the guy looks after himself 👏👏
Long life, Bra Jacob, aka Asinamali, still feel your energy even today. Love you always, Khosi 'elihle.
What i liked about him was that he was doing basics of defending very well...safety first....and boots the ball up field....15/10/2024
😂😂 Very entertaining interview.. 😅😅 Thanks guys
What a gentleman and very quiet just doing his business on the pitch.
I enjoyed watching this man : what a time: thank you for the memories
Jackie served the club so well. Thank you Grootman❤
The guy looks very good and clean you can see takes care of him self well done anisamali
Wow what a defender Jacob "Asinamali" Tshisevhe ! Long Live "Jackie", you made me laugh nonstop about Paul Dolezer😂😂😂
Him and Mhlekazi Gqosha looked alike, I remember that combo with Sipho Khuse, we had the likes of Claudius Zvripayi, Cleophius Dlodlo umfana waku Bulawayo, Aaron Lubunda, Liberty Masunda,Kanga Nzenza, Lekoane Lekoane, Fortume Koloba, Percy Makhwaeba, Philip Mabena, Mike Laduma Rapatsa and Jerry Mthethwa that Kaizer Chiefs of 1995
@@thandomvimbi1558 Oh, now you taking us back bro. Rapatsa and Mthetwa were lethal. Lekoane Lekoane Wa decent as well. Oh I loved Dlodlo.
I never thought hore Jacob is so funny😀😀😀
Jacob was the best right back he was dying for Chiefs on the field, it's very rare to have such players. This player was not playing for money only.He showed love of football ⚽
A light hearted n honest interview 😊😊😊
What a nice strong personality by the legend Jacob Tshisevhe.
BravJacob ai ur a hero for me as a chiefs supporter van toeka, when i see you ke hopola the glory days,ra leboha broer 🙏💯
Thank Jacob what a story nice and painful we love you as Khosi fans
My all time favorite defender Jacob 'Asinamali' Tshisevhe
Great Legend of the game...heart of a lion
Thanks for this channel bro..I am so familiar with your voice through the pre or post match interviews it is nice to put a face to the voice.
I can attest to what you said Jackie,,I accompanied you 2 times from Johannesburg Stadium to you flat in Yeoville/Berea after games. Your team mates 😮
Legend!! Jacob "Asinamali" Tshisevhe. His battles with Raphael Chukwu were always intense, particularly during the Rothman's Cup finals. ✌4 Lyf
Chukwu was assigned to Sizwe Motaung, Tshisevhe was battling with Jerry Skhosana
Im a Pirates fan but i enjoyed de interview ,great story teller Mr Asinamali😅😅😅
You are a strong man bro keep it up
Very funny interview and I love it
Great defender 👌🏾, I watched him as a laithi at Mthatha's Independence stadium. He would head flick the ball like it was kicked by foot.
Great interview. Da Jakes i remember one Game Chiefs Vs Down where it was You vs Zane Moosa.
Aubrey Motloung on Motsweding raved a lot about you.
Your Questions are on point mahlatse
I used to play centre back and I got the name Tshisevhe just because of this gentleman
Homeboy, we are proud of you my brother .
I am not even half way with this and m laughing like a mad man.
Bra Tshiesev you are a LEGEND.
My friend Mzaothethe Nogwaza from Bush bucks used to tell me about you.
Legend of the game
Matlatsi thanks for bringing my favourite player, I loved Tshisevhe when I was young growing in Kzn , syabonga bhutiwam I really enjoyed the conversation.....I once asked Ntsie Maphike on twitter ukuth where is Tshisevhe but he ddnt respond, at least now i know grootman is alive...
Remember in the 70s there was a Kaizer Chiefs defender by the name of Jackie Asinamali Masike. Jacob must have got that name from Jackie.
Yes you are right. Apparently Jackie Masike was a bully and tsotsi-like… but that big man called Malombo Lechaba sorted him
Jacob Tshisevhe he looks so young ❤
The game that come to my mind is the one he played with Zambia tha ended zero zero he was amazing that day Jackie
Simba Four nations cup
A best defender ever
years old...Wow Wow Wow...Man looks good
brother looking fresh results of staying sober
I rate Dolezor he came to us when we haven't won anything in 5 years we won Rothmans Cup and 2nd season lost Bobsave final, won Rothmans cup and lost the league by goal difference, he went ti to Sundowns won the league, Rothmans cup and losing Bobsave final in his 1st season also lost CAF Champions league to Al Ahly as well went to Celtic won Supa 8
Big to Bra Jacob
He was a Great Player I was his Fan
Thisevhe what a legend
This guy is very humble, maar it takes some level of maturity to understand his life experiences, otherwise is beyond sport fanatics
This explains why he is not part of the chiefs legend team Tshisevhe went through a lot at there by the village
Thabo Mooki as well he served Chiefs with aplomb but there was never a beneficiary game, was never invited in any legend game
It's so touching
Out of all strikers that gave you problem Bra you're forgetting Rafael Chukwu 😂
I don't recall him marking Chukwu, Chukwu was assigned to Sizwe Motaung after Sizwe left he was assigned to Mohammed Auseb, Chiefs was always assigned to Jerry Skhosana
NOOOOOH Jacob was my favorite defender. I even like how he used to his kit, no takin, socks were very low only covering chin guard. As a mid field myself, I didn't like defenders, but with Tshisevhe, it was a different story.

Thank you
And chiefs supporters destroying infrastructure Nd equipment at moses mabhida..we almost forgot neh
@BenjaminLouw-zj7hk don't be a fool, Jacob was long retired by then. Your failure to read and understand is not my fault
That Jacob Tshiseve and Lifa Gqosha combo!
Marco Mthembu said that also. There was a clique if Chiefs players that did not like "outsiders".
Lots of players have said it, that if you not Soweto players used to give you hard time even Trompies Ndlanya said so
And like Jacob says…. Even the Ntsoelengoe generation,,I hear they had those tendencies as well
We need this guy on TV
100%
He's a role model that deserves publicity❤
Hi Mr tshisevhe. Phillip Mothiba your friend from polokwane you still strong my friend
Wits used to beat us for fun, Peter Gordon, Kevin Rafferty, Rowan Malgue, Steve Barker, Gary Mcnab, Steven Tlou, Jethro Mohlala, Benson Otiti and Chris Mwakapuki
What a team!
What a defender ❤
Football is not a good career....at all.
True I agree with you it can waist your time .especially if you don't have any thing that you do aside
Reminds me of soccer laduma newspaper
He is a very funny guy,😂😂😂😂
High sense of humour yet touching on very sensitive and emotional issues. Money's not everything bro, you're a simple and humble legend. I like his sanity
Dona Doni,once played together,Itsoeseng Sundowns..
The ever great player for Chiefs
that voice imitation kaNjenje and Dolezar🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The guy still looking good and fresher.
Back when defenders could be our hero's when we were kids. These days you'll never see that, all the heros are Middlefielders and forwards
You still look well and energetic high in confidence ta
A good human being, it's unfortunate that football politics can destroy a good thing
In every working environment there's always the cliques so as worker or a player always expect that ,that's life !!
Great Interview 😂😂😂
Mahlatsi , Why do you not interview Brian Baloyi and Jerry Skosana at the sametime ?
I have spoken to them about it, only a matter of time.
Yho Chiefs really treated Tshisevhe so bad, he done so much for the, but they treated him as trash 😢. Anyway, All the best Bro Jacob you done in your career.
Please, interview City Khole.

I don't recall him scoring lots of own goals, I only recall one own goal vs Vaal Professional, Mr own goal was Lesley Langa
My u pls mahlasti get Patrick mbuthu fr us.
They said his health is not good ke romours
Plenty of bad blood between Jacob and Chiefs sadly…for them to not even apologise for publishing his ‘death’ is just cold.
